Lifter or cracked manifold

Photobucket sucks so I can't get the video up but every once in a while I get a ticking noise from the engine bay, sometimes it goes away by the time I'm at work (1.3 miles) other times it does it to and from, gets faster as I rev the engine, sometimes super loud other times not so much

Swapping a new intake soon so doing a header won't be a big deal just wondering if there was a clear way to tell, I thought the engine was supposed to be able to correct itself to a degree

grab an exhaust manifold and go to town. Ebay has some stupid cheap ones with all the gaskets for like under 100$ I think. I just pointed a buddy to that to fix his exhaust leaks.

1aauto.com has one for 100$ with gasket.
