I cut the dash in half to make installation and working on easier. I used the original hvac plumbing and is being held in place with spray foam. I just bedlined it today.

Now what you need is a full on set of Digital Gauges for the dash.

I have a friend that is currently looking into the possibilities of constructing digital instrumentation by translating the existing gauge drive signals to LED displays.

This would be the perfect addition to the exemplary work you have performed so far. This is Hot Rodding in the Jeep World.
