1998 XJ Compressor Bolt size

Can anyone tell me what size bolt holds the A/C hoses on the compressor and if it has any markings on it. I just did a complete swap from Renix to HO and seemed to have misplaced the bolt in a mess of bolts. I found one that seems to fit but is brass in color can anyone tell me what color it should be.

It's silver and the head is 10mm. Not sure what size the bolt is.

The bolt is an M8-1.25x30MM.

I tapped mine out to 3/8"-16 and it works perfect and holds super tight. Granted my system is on board air, but i'd assume it'd work the same.
