longer ebrakes

1993 xj with 8.8 and drums sitting at about 6" (which is 2" too high)

yup my stock ebrake cables don't reach. I want to keep my ebrake
I read that 2 passenger side 1991 YJ cables will be more than long enough
are there any other cables that would be a better fit before I go buy these?

You could allways go lokar if your gonna buy new... might be difficult to find 2 yj's to strip the passenger side cable at the junkyard. Their stuff is really nice, the model they sell for wilwood disk kits with the integrated ebrake rotor, is basically the same as ford 8.8 discs.

On my 98 I was able to extend the cables by simply moving the junction box back a couple inches.
