Half door hinges

I've been looking everywhere to find a write up on making the quick swap hinges on the Half doors to swap quickly with the stock doors in bad weather. Also if I cut

like that would I have to fix how to open the door .., please help

I cut mine like this.The hinges.

I just reach around to open them.

Hope this helps a little

So the button on the outside doesnt work? Or what is it

I still have the speakers in the door.I removed all the guts out of the door.The only thing that works to open the door is the outside door button.Takes me about 5 mins per door to change and hook up speakers

with the openings that large, is it even neccesary to open the door?
