o2 sensor issues need help

2001 motor 4l aw4 99 body
swapped in a motor and trans to the 99 now i have cel. i didn't get the code but the guy told me it was bank 1 sensor 1&2 it has something to do with the pre heater so i replaced the and cleared the code. it came right back what else can be the issue?

p0136 is the only code left had it rest hasn't come back on yet. this is upstream right. cali emissions style 4 o2 sensors
