Code 34 What is it ???

So I had this trouble code pop up first its a 95 4.0 ax-15

Code 34-Speed control servo solenoids or MUX speed control circuit HIGH/LOW-open or short detected in the vacuum or vent solenoid circuits or speed control switch input above or below allowable voltage.

Could use some help I cant find my book :confused1

Yeah I got that but I dont have A/C never had it either so its confusing maybe I miss counted and it was 35 short in fan relay which would make sence because mine is on a Toogle switch .Thanx for making me an a##clown I googled it and nothing poopped but some JF stuff that had nothing to do with it .
