Looking for help. Can anyone check out an XJ for sale in SE Portland?

Hi, I live in San Diego and have been speaking with a Jeep owner in southeast Portland about a lifted/modded XJ that he is selling.

Is there anyone who is regularly around the area of 136 and Foster who could possibly take a quick look over the rig, and take it for a short drive. Just want to know if there is anything really obviously wrong with it before I travel all the way up there to look at it myself.

If you can spare a little time and are willing to take a quick look, I would really appreciate it... plus, I'll throw in a 12-pack of your favorite beer or equivalent.
