4.0 swap question??

my 97 cherokee sport is in need of a new 4.0 and i have a possible 93 or 95 grand cherokee laredos 4.0 i can use as the donor.
my question is will this older grand cherokees 4.0 bolt up and work with my 97 heep?

1993-1998 ZJ Grand Cherokee engine blocks interchange with XJ's. Install the original XJ intake/exhaust manifolds, flywheel, distributor, and other sensors onto the donor engine block as needed.

So my 97 intake and exhaust would bolt up to the earlier model head and flow fine?
