Spartan locker for 29 spline 8.25

No need to be sorry, I just didn't get the post.
But now that you mention it, I hadn't seen them for the 8.1/4 before either. Pretty cool. If my Detroit kicks the bucket, I wouldn't have a problem throwing in a Spartan.

thats cool. that locker was simple as hell to install. being able to compress the springs/pins to put it in was a blessing.
 
From what i've read/heard, the spartan has larger/stronger pins, and a hardened cross-pin/shaft.... I may be mis-informed..... I think Either locker is a good choice though.
 
i have a Spartan in my d30 and it works great, i also have a powertrax no-slip in the 8.25 now which works great, if that goes out i will install a Spartan....not too sure about the price in that link though, i paid about $100 less for the one in the d30.
