Replacement Headliner Board

Anybody know of a way to make a headliner board replacement? I have not be able to find any boards in good shape around here. Is there another material or some other option where I could create something on my own? Has anybody tried that?

You could repair one with fiberglass.

i have a 4x8 sheet of paneling...... well 4x6 after some trimming... works great and for 5 bucks at lowes im happy

Where are you located? I have been thinking of taking mine out in prep for an eventual cage. I just reupholstered it last year. It is the desert tan color. Its in good shape, but there are few wrinkles from the reupholstery cus it was my first time. Has a sound bar. I might consider offloading both the bar and the liner for the right price if interested and you were relatively close, because obviously it would be pretty difficult to transport without installing it before the drive! shoot me a PM if interested
