Hood Vents

I have seen a lot of discussion about the Chrysler Lebaron Turbo and New Yorker Turbo hood vents and have seen the nice job done by http://www.ericsxj.com/vents.htm. I plan on doing this and was wondering what years these vents came on the turbos?
