Has anyone used this flexible brakeline? 50' costs 60$ 50' of normal steel line is 30$.
I think the pains in my ass might be worth that 30$ if it doesn't crush easily.

I contacted them and they say their tubing "exceeds numerous specifications/requirements used within the industry for hydraulic brake line applications."

I have to replace all of my lines. some high speed individual ran a plasma cutter through my stock lines...

steel braided line would crush and bounce back i would think, it's just a steel braiding over a flexible inner tube. might be worth it but you'd have to tie it down more often than a similar length of normal steel line.

It's not steel braided It's a copper-nickel alloy.

This is from Copper.org talking about the same alloy. Only a small reference to crushing but it says it's better.
The tubing designer generally specifies the addition of a metal or plastic sleeve to the tube areas believed to be most vulnerable to stone damage. However, an inherently corrosion-resistant copper-nickel tube provides the surest protection against such random service damage, especially compared to a coated steel tube
