Replacing Np231 97 into 91

So Im buying a used NP231 (from a 97) with a SYE installed in the morning and I want to make sure it will bolt into by 91. Is there anything special needed or is it a bolt in afair?

you'll need to swap speedo assemblies--just switch the one you have now into the new tcase, make sure to mark the position
