Engine (AC Comp Mount) Question

2000 Cherokee, 4dr, 4.0 I-6

When I took out one of the bolts for the AC compresor mount, some water trickled out when I removed the bolt (not alot, but some), is this normal? I'm in the process of removeing the engine (threw a rod, I think, on new years eve) and replaceing it with another engine.

No- the mounting holes should all bottom out in metal-- if you're having coolant intrusion, there's a crack in the head behind it
