Got my APN header installed.

Knocked out the valve cover gasket while I was there since it was leaking badly,

Test fitting to make sure nothing major was off or anything,

Looks good, that was a huge "crack" you had going there. I would have sprayed it with some high temp paint first maybe before i put it in though. Some of the products even help lower under hood temps.
 
Where is this header made?
 
I also have a cracked exhaust manifold, but i have heard that aftermarket headers will have the same problem. Is this true?

Some are more prone than others. The solution is to make sure your engine and trans mounts are in good condition and the addition of a flex joint in your exhaust.
