Turns over, its getting fuel and I replaced the CPS and Ignition Coil. Dosn't appear to be getting a spark to the ignition coil, possibly a distributor problem?

Also radio and dome lights stopped working recently but all the fuses are good. Not sure whats wrong there either.

Any solutions to these problems?

When you say the CPS was replaced... you are refering to the Crank Position Sensor attached to the top of the bellhousing.
Was the replacement part a factory part or purchased at an auto parts store....?
The factory parts are the better way to go; AP store parts are prone to more frequent failures.
There is a Cam Position Sensor inside the distributor which provides the ECM with a signal of when to pulse the injectors and fire the plugs.
Most people immediately go to the 1st CPS without the checking the one in the distributor.
As for the problem with the dome light and radio I would recheck the fuses in the fuse panel beneath the dash panel.
While this isn't a 1995 XJ; the 1996 should be close enough.

Path of the great and mysterious Spark Monster:

Key, key lock cylinder, ignition switch, power to ASD and fuel pump relays, PCM provides energizing ground to ASD and fuel pump relays, ASD relay provides 12 volts to coil when energized by the PCM.

Try swapping your oxygen heater or a/c relay into the ASD relay connector.

You are going down a dangerous path already by just replacing parts without proving them bad. At this point, you could have installed a bad CKP (aka CPS) and a bad coil, or maybe made an error in the installation. And you probably have another third problem which you haven't discovered yet.

The good news is that the problem is not imtermittant. Get a multimeter and start testing. Like $3 at Harbor Freight, or less than $10 most other places. And put the old parts back on. It is easy to get a bad new part.

Have you actually "tested" for spark? Very important in the troubleshooting process and very easy with a '95.

Pull a spark plug, keep it attached to the plug wire, ground the plug electrode to a good engine ground, have a buddy crank the engine while you watch. You are looking for a strong, blue, snapping spark. Yellow/orange/white indicates a weak spark, which may not be strong enough to start your engine.
