1995 jeep cherokee loses power to heater every few mins????

I have a 1995 jeep cherokee, 4.0 aw4 and when I have the heat/defrost running for a few mins it dies out of no where, I loose power to my cd deck and my windshield wipers stop working then 30 seconds later everything starts working again, then every few mins everything stops working again???

I have no idea what would cause this??

You have too much draw and something is overheating.

Inspect the ignition switch and the HVAC switch for signs of connector/contact melting.
