my front pass side wheel sticks out further than the drivers side.

Did you measure or is it an optical illusion ?

at stock height, I guess it could be collapsed springs allowing the body to sag and push (via trac bar) the axle to the right.

You don't have to have a lift to have a bad trackbar/mount, worn CA bushings.
You should get under there and have a look, before something nasty sneaks up on you.

I have an all stock '93 XJ, 4.0, 4x4 263,000
i'm sure there is some wear on the stock suspension
