working on jeep now no spark no injector fire after engine swap

1989 limited we swapped motors and now we are getting no spark or injector pulse.

We inspected and cleaned all grounds (two on the dipstick plus the battery and the braided ground on the rear of the head)

We did find and replace a fuse labeled IGN on the fuse box that was blown. Now we are at a total loss.

We have 12 volts to the coil, and cleaned and connected the CPS sensor which was replaced before the new motor swap.

well we are showing 0 ohms at the connector, so maybe a busted wire?

A**uming the CPS/CKP crank sensor connector. Should read 200 ohms + - 75 ohms, or 125~275 ohms.
