Ill get right to the point. When I start my jeep in the morning it starts and keeps a nice idle (about1000rpms) by the time I get to work (5 miles) when i put it in park the engine is really reving probably around 1500 to 2000 rpms.( this is a guess I dont have a tach) Can anyone give me some guidance on what to check. By the way I have a 1986 Xj with the evil 2.8 with the factory rochester carb. It is very hard to find a mechanic who will touch a carb in my area. PLEASE HELP
