'98 XJ, Squeaky Driver's Seat

So I've noticed in the last several weeks that my driver's seat has started squeaking. It's this annoying quick kind of clicky-squeak that happens almost constantly as I'm sitting in a body-neutral position driving down the road. If I lean back hard, it goes away. I reclined the seat and spray-lubed the seatback adjuster hinge/hardware area through the gaps in the upholstery, no dice. It sounds like it's coming from somewhere in the middle of the seat-back area, which look pretty inaccessible to me. Anyone else experience this? If so, did you come up with a way to alleviate it?
