Motor Swap: 93 zj to 88 xj

so im thinking about putting my motor from my 93 zj (4.0) auto into the 88 xj 4.0. manual
What would this all entail? Thanks for the help guys!

Swap flywheels, distributor, sensors, intake manifolds, valve covers, engine mounting brackets, AC and alternator brackets.

Having the Alt up higher would be better. The AC is in the same place. Why not just put the 4.0/aw4/242 in the XJ?
