door hinges...

Ok so i made the removable doors a while ago and now the holes have wallowed out on my passenger side. it is making the door sag and my wife has to slam it. i tried to drill it out for a bigger pin and no luck. anyone have any ideas? i have a jeep i can take the complete hinge off of both top and bottom but is there anything easier?

you could try adding some bronze bushings or something from lowes. youd probably have to drill it out a little more though. worst comes to worse youll have to swap the hinges.

If you have the means- get a small piece of aluminum and cut it so that you can make a 90 degree break on it and use a shrinker stetcher to make it a round cyllinder and set it in there!

The hinge swap might be easiest.

also i have a full machine shop on hand too.
