EGR. Should have an EGR solenoid on the driver's side fenderwell with a vacuum line running to the vacuum transducer valve, and that has to lines coming off it, one to the EGR valve--it is directly opposite the of the inlet nipple, and the second one comes off the nipple on the bottom of the vacuum transducer valve to a pipe-nipple off the back of the EGR valve.
The vacuum transducer valve was only used 89-90, so when you are prowling the salvage yards grab them. They get damaged against the hot exhaust and usually cook the bottom nipple off. Last time I priced one at the dealer it was $72.
