Will a ZJ RE42 Flexplate work in a XJ AW4?

I have been to the pick and pull and found a 95 zj that found a telephone pole. My nephew has a 95 zj that will need a trans soon and I have a 92 xj that needs a flexplate, and likely rod bearings. So I pulled the drive train from the zj. I am hoping I can use the flexplate from the zj? I have searched, found one guy who said he put one all together and had it running but only 3 torque converter to flexplate bolts would line up. Dose anyone know for sure if they will interchange, or if zj plate can be drilled to fit AW4 torque converter?
