I have a 96 231tacse I need to swap in to a 2000xj. What am I going to need to change? Input shaft? Tail cone? Tail Shaft?

I believe the sensor.. 96 was OBDII also.

Im pretty sure the input gear was the "short" one and the tail shaft housing needs to be swapped. And I think thats it. Both a 2 wire sensor for 4wd position, and the rest is the same.

It a direct bolt-in,no mods required.
