np 241 linkage problems

my linkage pivot pin keeps poping out and then i cant get it into 4hi or low. sorry no pic im not sure how to explain my problem can anyone give me some advise?

Year/engine/transmission, lift, transfer case drop?

Buy new motor/trans mounts.

Or you could always go with an aftermarket bracket/linkage kit.

92 4.0 ax 15 and np 241 t case droped about an inch.

If your motor and transmission mounts have perished then both will have sagged causing stress on you transfer case linkages

Did the transfer case drop include a lever extension or just the spacers?

When you dropped the tc the linkage was tweaked--the torque bar mounts to a bracket on the tc and a bracket on the body. It is tweaked, as well as the relationship between the upper linkage rod, the lever, and the torque bar.
