Rear hatch bumper thingy

the rubber bumpers have machine threads which are used to move it in and out. there are thin little plastic disks that go in the gap to keep the threaded part from folding over. if you get the bumpers at the junkyard grab some extra spacers, that is all.
 
probably not, I'd junkyard one, they'll charge you like a dollar or look at you funny and tell you to walk

EDIT: and even better, you get to practice removing/installing one on a junker at the JY so you don't screw yours up.
