Rubber hatch bumpers?

I am looking for the rubber little bumpers? that go on the rear posts for the rear hatch, mine are cracked and breaking apart and believe it to be the cause of the rear hatch squeek, unless there is a alternate idea?

junkyard, get extra plastic spacers too

That was exactly what i was looking for! thanks! I already checked the local upull its and nothing, most reg cherokees are picked clean, all the grands are pretty much all intact Thanks again!
