A few weeks ago, I was driving and my jeep just sputtered a few times and shut off, I thought I blew the motor, but after pulling the heads off It looks alright. I did find some mudd in the fuel injection system, and what looked like a mixture of mud and oil in between where the headgasket goes. so I cleaned everything up, and I found, a wire on the bottom of the distributor loose, do you think if I put it all back together it will work alright?

Did you try unplugging and reconnecting the CPS? Sounds like CPS went out on you, sometimes reconnecting will work.
