quick spline count question..

my jeep:93 4.0 aw4 231

i want to swap in a tcase from a 93 4.0 manual 231. can't find the input spline count/length for the manual. i know i have a 23 spline, but do not know if it is long or short? i know it's been covered many times...quick link anyone?

The manual 231 should be a 23 spline long .

Correction. Prior to 95, the AX-15 was a 23 spline short. Post 95 it was a long. According to the chart, your 93 auto should be a 23 spline medium.
