A bolt on front dana44?

Has anyone had any experience with this company? why so much cheaper than Currie? Are they and good? Good for the non welding inclined like me.

If its a low pinion, its just a Rubicon 44 housing

I would call them.. These guys are easy to talk too..I would think it is a high pinion..

The pic is a pass-drop diff.

Makes me nervous when a company screws up something simple on their web page...

I don't think that is a high pinion, I'm pretty sure thats a TJ Rubicon 44.

Curries is a LP also, unless you want to pay even more $ then you can get a HP. a guy i hunt with bought a currie 44 it's a LP.

IF that's a pic of the actual housing, that just got reversed, then it's a Rubicon housing(look at the brackets) The reason they're so cheap is because the bare Rubicon housing isn't that expensive. They bought a bunch of the housings(bulk purchase = cheap!) Axles, open dif cases, bearing/install kits, etc. They may have invested less then $1000.00 each in those.
The Currie axles(even the low pinion units) use a different housing cut for bigger(usually 3") axle tubes, heavy duty brackets, ect.

By the way, you can get a front Rubicon axle from Chrysler, with knuckles/brakes/etc, new, ready to throw in, with locker for under 3 grand. Down side: you're limited to 4.10 gears.
