For guys fabbing Half-Doors

I own a 1969 Triumph Chopper, and when I saw the half door mods, this came to mind. Itis a passenger PILLION PAD for a chopper. $10-$25 on ebay....... Here's the link where I go these photos from: http://www.superiormcsupply.com/2111-a-b.html They can be had for cheaper on ebay.....

Might make a good arm rest cushion........


Not sure on how wide the XJ dooris after being cut, but here's the dimensions from an ebay seller:
  • Pad Length = 8 inches
  • Base Length = 10.5 inches
  • Pad Width = 4.5 inches
  • Base Width = 5 inches
  • Pad Height = 3.5 inches Tapering Down To 2 Inches
  • Width Between Mounting Holes = 3.5 inches
  • Length Between Mounting Holes = 9.5 inches
I'm sure an uphostlery shop could do these pretty cheap.

Good lookin' out! Just FYI, the XJ door is 4.25" - 4.50" wide (depending on how low you cut).
