Anydody have trouble with ected's

I have had an ected for a short time and due to my installer making a mistake with a retaining clip on the magnetic ring, we had to take it apart again to put in a new magnetic ring......good thing he screwed up now we find a tooth broken of the side gears in the ected, anybody else here of this less than 500 miles on the unit

yep they say no prob send it back and we will send you a new one.....should only take 4 to 6 week.........aaaaahhhhhh as if wheelin season up here is not short enough....

auburn gear has great customer service: I had to send my lsd to them to get serviced and they gave me a new one.
