Electrical help in Knoxville?

As much as I'm reluctant to ask for help. I was hoping someone in the Knoxville area could help me out tracking down an electrical issue. I have some problem with the TPS system that I can't figure out. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

I think there is a crossed wire in the harness. I haven't had any prior experience tracking down this in my past work. The issue is a stammering that happens and the only code it has ever had was for TPS voltage high.

Has any work been done to the harness? If not, it's highly unlikely it's a crossed wire.

Have you tested it with a DMM?

I have not. I have the meter but I'm not sure on the voltages. I have some of the FSM on my computer but I don't think the voltages are in it.
