RE grease fitting

i have a set of RE control arms and the "L" shaped grease fitting won't accept grease anymore.. is this a special fitting or does my local auto parts store carry them..

Nothing special at all. Just your standard zerk fitting.

push the middle in with a small punch and then blast it with pb, mine were kinda rusty when i got them (used) and one wouldnt take grease so i tried that before i replaced the zerk
