Bent the tierod
dented the rear D60 diff cover
pealed the D60 diff cover
folded the passanger mirror on a tree, it does not fold.
broke Tom Woods DS and twisted the Double Cardian paft
spit a cap and broke the rear DS again
unseated a coil in the axle mount
lost a bumpstop, still floating around in the coils
some scratches and dints
I think that is all. Fairly light for me.

I had rear driveshaft issues until I added a traction bar, axle wrap was a killer.

I was thinking about axle wrap. General consensus is I need a limiting strap in the middle at the diff and to remove the shims pointing the pinion up so much. I'm thinking rear triangleated 4 link. I also need to look at a solution for pulling the front down. I unpacked all my gear including all the tools and parts and noticed the weight in my ass, spare parts and tools, was holding the rear below the height of the front. So I'm thinking I also need to loose all unnecessary tools from the jeep and keep them at camp.

no 4 link. still gonna have the driving under issue until you control it.

Guilty as charged!

I managed to add a few small beauty marks to tims paint, but remarkably, I didn't notice any dents.
Ripped exhaust about 95% of the way off.
Dented the floor with the muffler when I landed on it.
And grenaded a front Dana 30 Ring and pinion set.

So considering the way I was driving it, thats not too bad!

Neither. He said to not waste my money. I asked about photos, He said why are you lying? LOL! Kool guy pleasure to deal with. I need to regear. He thinks the reason it failed was because of the 4:10's. I asked about the 1350 jointed shaft. He said since it was an xj boubled it should be fine but if it happend again then maybe look into them.

Links and carnage update.
Note: The one thing I never found in all the articles on “Lincoln Lockers” was the reasons: to weld or not to weld the spider gears to the carrier. Well after some close examination I will say do it every time.
1. You’re welding it to save some bucks on your rig for whatever reason.
2. Once welded (right) you cannot use the carrier with any other gears. (How you gonna get um out?)
3. Makes it stronger and lessens the chance of a pin spin-out (My dilemma)
4. Welded up right-full spool capabilities: (D30-Disco only IMHO)
Here are a few photos of the damage. (I still had fun)
Dana 30 High Pinion reverse cut (http://c3.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images02/96/l_3e53acea1401488f9372164bd8e736b6.jpg)
Roll pin fell out; main pin slipped and made contact (http://c1.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images02/106/l_5c9840d0f7054eef83d39e3cb5b7ab1c.jpg)
Compare the old to the replacement part. No go here. (http://c4.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images02/75/l_bd45aa10bd7041e8968bb1d1491b6047.jpg)
Lincoln-Locker held up fine: the gear to carrier weld let go, so it has been welded all around. (http://c2.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images02/77/l_51bf37862054465b8484dd24533ca829.jpg)

Nice! I played around the farm on the 3 wheeler and the jeep this weekend. Even went and checked out the huge pile of rocks near the Aiken house. Might have scored some cuvlerts too. More stuff for the back of the shop or maybe in the back of the Aiken property.
