Want to hire part time mechanic to help w/ simple mods

Hi, I would like to hire an experianced Jeep mechanic to help me with modifications, part time on weekends and some eves. Install my lift, T. C. conversion, install new axles, throtle body, alternator, snorkel, etc. I have a 2000 XJ 4.0L 4WD. I have a complete shop with lifts, plasma cutter, air, and all the tools we can use. There's a lot of people here that have experience working on/building up Cherokees. A lot of times for no more than pizza and beer. Post up a time and place with an offer of refreshments and grub and see what you get.
