Skid row transfer case skid like the one in the link, not new, but doesn't look damaged either. Don't recall where I got it but I never used it, so it's time to go. $80 (puppy not included)

Does it come with hardware

Negative, I have no hardware for it. On the link I posted above it give downloadable instructions with a list of the nuts, bolts, washers.

I wish you lived closer. I need a TC skid, but I'd want to see how it mates up to my Rusty's crossmember before buying it. You planning to visit LA any time soon?
