I have an older but hardly used Premier Power Welder 170 amp alternator. It includes all wiring and an external voltage regulator. Its the earlier 6-10 mounting seen here:

$200

The alternator is wired for plug and play with a Mobi Arc 200X under hood welder. Perfect for those late night trail fixes. Its saved me more than once! It comes with all wiring and a hand throttle for ultimate welding control.

$300

Buy both and I'll throw in the 30' welding leads, some spare welding rod, a chipping hammer, and brush all in an ammo can for a ready to go package.

Moving Sale! $350 for everything... Alternator, welder, leads, hand throttle, welding rod and instruction manual.

GO FRED!!!

I too, am enticed, and staring at my skinny ol' piggy-bank.

Dude, I know you are much more knowledgable than I am in the area of welding, go for it. I can barely weld with flux wire, stick welding might be beyond my learning curve.

Dammit Fred! You were supposed to buy this, and save my skinny arsed piggy-bank.

FWIW, I did cross post this ad on another board. :)

Fred- These OBW's are actually pretty easy to learn on. By varying RPM or rod diameter, fine tuning is a piece of cake! Even you're not too old to learn something new. :)

Dude, you play harder than I do, go for it. :D
