SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY – 17TH
11:00a.m. – 12:00a.m. CHECK IN/SIGN IN
RAFFLE TICKETS FOR SALE.

SATURDAY – 18TH
7:30a.m. CHECK IN- (For those who arrived late Friday night)
8:00 - 8:30a.m. MEETING TO GO OVER RULES AND GET BEACH
ASSIGNMENTS – GLOVES – BAGS (Mandatory Attendance)
8:30a.m. - NOON CLEAN ASSIGNED BEACH AREA, THEN HELP OTHERS UNTIL ALL CLEANUP IS COMPLETED
NOON-1:00p.m. LUNCH (back @ camp)
(Hot dogs, Chili, Chips, Lemonade & Kool-Aid)
1:00-2:00p.m. KIDS ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS CONTEST
2:00p.m. ALL KIDS SCAVENGER HUNT AND COLORING CONTEST MATERIAL DUE
3:00-4:00p.m. GROUP PHOTO AT OYHUT BEACH ENTRANCE, THEN PARADE (anyone with a camera is asked to take pictures)
6:00-7:00p.m. TIMBER TAMERS STEAK (or Chicken) DINNER. Dinner includes corn on the cob, salad and beverage. For kids hotdog, chips and a drink.

7:30-10:00p.m. PRIZES FOR KIDS CONTESTS, THEN ADULTS RAFFLE

11:00p.m.-???? TIMBER TAMERS POKER RUN

SUNDAY – 19TH
8:30-11:00a.m. BREAKFAST

SO have you posted Operation shore patrol for 2011 yet, or do you plan on posting it......it September 17th - 18th again.. please let me know what you plan on doing,...I don't want to start a thread thats already somewhere else. thank you
