Need Help / Info on crash

Hello folks of - I need help.
This photo was posted to the MHJC website this morning, I am not a member and have no access to post questions.
This is my brother John's jeep. I need to know if he walked away and is okay! I have not been able to reach him.
I don't even know where this happened to call the police.

Your right, doesn't look bad, just a flop. But I still can't get a hold of him and just want to know if he is good or if anyone saw the driver get out.

I forget his last name but I know his name is JOHN. He's close friends with Chris Roell from Twisted. I heard he was ok.
