So I just finished the first big stage of my 92 XJ build, and was wanting some comments, thoughts, and suggestions for next stage. I do all the work myself, and am limited by my tool selection ( no welder ) to mostly bolt on upgrades, so there's nothing too ridiculous done to her yet.

Here's a quick rundown:

1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo
4.0 HO
K&N Intake and filter
Optima Yellow Top
ax15
NP242 hack n tapped with a stock front D.S. in place of the stock rear

Black Rock Crawler wheels 15x8 3.75 backspace
33x10.50x15 BFG Mud Terrain T/A KM2's

Rear:
4.5" Rough Country Spring Packs ( actually netted close to 6" even after settling )
24" Iron Rock Off Road steel brake lines
Bilstein 5100 Shocks

Front:
4.5" Rough Country coils ( again... close to 6" actual )
Rough Country Long arm upgrade ( purchased over a year after the original lift kit
27" Iron Rock Off Road steel brake lines
JKS Quicker disconnects
JCR 1 ton steering upgrade
Iron Rock Off Road adjustable double shear HD track bar
teraflex barpin eliminators
teraflex upper shock conversions
Blistein 5165 remote reservoir 12" travel shocks 255/70 valving
Rubicon Express 3" lower extended bump stops

Oh yea, armor, and stiffeners are definitely near the top of the list to get done before I put her to any kind of a real trail! My big thing is I'm not sure what to do bout the rear end... There's no way its gonna keep up with my front end now, but without the knowledge and tools to weld up a custom 4 link in the rear, I don't know what I can do.

Rear axle is just the stock d35..3.73 gears. I do plan on doing an 8.8 swap at some point, just cant afford to do much right now after everything I dropped into the front suspension. A front bumper, sliders, and a bit of undercarriage armor are most likely my next purchases.
