I plan on going to this class and others should too. Right now he'd like to get ten more people. Gain some good knowledge here that you hope you'll never have to use!

Please see below.

I'll keep you posted as more classes come up. I know I want to do the wilderness first aid course when it comes up!

I should take a refresher sometime - it's been a while.

Everyone - the very best addition to your First Aid kit is knowledge. You can have all of the gear in the world - if you don't know how to use it, it's useless. If you know what you're doing, you can improvise damned near everything else.

I recently renewed my First Aid/CPR/AED certification for professional responders. If you haven't taken a class in a couple of years, it's definitely a good idea since there has been a major change in the CPR procedure. For a long time, the order was A-B-C. Airway-Breathing-Compressions. Now the recommended order is C-A-B, with the emphasis on immediate chest compressions.

I can certify and train outside of ARC guidelines for those needing it. (Also can certify up to PHTLS and ACLS)

Cory!!! Where the heck have you been???

Come to Pizza Night in Vista on Tues 3/5!!
