Because wandering feels like bump steer to some folks. Just like bump steer feels like death wobble to some.

Honestly I think we need a more detailed explanation of what's going on with the rig. The geometry looks pretty spot on, so I can't see you getting bump steer unless the joints are totally shot. When you say it pulls the wheel when you hit bumps are you going straight ahead, in a turn, hitting it with one tire or both, etc. It's entirely possible what you're feeling is not what you think it is and we're trying to solve a problem you don't have instead of the one you do.

Driving straight I'm assuming both wheels. My track bar had a little play and I grinded away the bracket so it would sit as clean and flush as possible it seemed to help but still feeling it .
