the bumper is used and has some scratches / dings... nothing too major. sides have been trimmed to conform to trimmed wheel wells...

i dont think its the clip that makes the difference but the frame rails, how much you looking to get for that bad boy

it will work. the only difference is the piece under the turn signals on the side. for it to work on a <97, the fender will need to be trimmed
