I know these shops in the area do some of that stuff: off road unlimited in pomona, accessory house in montclair, baja shop in corona, o and r offroad in bloomington is a maybe as well.

Drove up the badly mesa route no snow and no damage to the trail thus far but it has a few spots ready to wash out if it rains harder.

Mossberg is a great choice. I've had both models mentioned above and both were great

I've had both goats (2s and 3s)neither were big favorites of mine on my losi but you had to have a fast setup to overcome those damn worm gears. the old rooster on the venom was bullet proof though, Why they didn't just upgrade it to 3s and leave well enough alone I have no idea.

on the 3s the cutoff is very obvious, it shuts off the motor for about 5 seconds and resets if the voltage comes back up but will shut down immediately if the voltage drops again this time flashing the status lights and staying down longer even if the voltage climbs back up some.
