    WJ Brake/Steering Upgrade

    Are there clearance issues on a rig with small lift. I'm sitting at 2.5"... running 33x10.50's on stock brakes and it's terrible, going to 35" rubber soon... must improve brakes.

    ax-15 hurst shifter woes

    Not at all happy with all the loose play in the shifter once in gear. Stick it in any gear and you can move the lever a few inches forward and back... what the heck? And, on account of the looseness, cruising in 5th gear the lever will rattle like nobody’s business. I saved the plastic bushing...

    clutch - master/slave sealed assembly ?'s

    Got it installed, and on the first shift it works great, go down the road and go thru the gears and it starts working progressively worse until I can no longer disengage... pedal goes all the way to the floor... Do the "sealed assemblies" need to be bled, or do I have other issues? Please help.

    full detroit, manual trans, daily driver

    how bad is it really? I'm running Detroit true tracs now, and getting on or off the gas mid corner has an effect on steering angle required to hold said turn. Shifting thru the gears around turns requires a little steering input to keep centered in my lane. So, I'm used to that type of action...

    35's and minimal lift... and 4.56's?

    currently running 33's on 2.5" of lift. axles are geared at 4.56, and I run a 4:1 in the transfer case. Thinking real hard on 35x10.5's.     RTI ?

    If the vertical measurement (ground to ramp/tire interface) is 34"... What is the RTI? I'm thinking 34"/sin20*=99.4... then, XJ wheelbase is 101"? 99.4/101 gives me ~980RTI ?
