Your right front brake is engaging while your left is not or only working at half of what it should. This could be worn pads, bad caliper or bad flex lines. Braking issue none the less. Good luck.

Try checking the brake hose as those over time will collapse and cause problems. I had that problem on an older truck I had. Best to go ahead and change them any way with something that old. Good luck.
